Location: Aldridge, WS9 8TZ

Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £26,500 pa DOE

Are you an organised administrator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We're looking for a Workshop Administrator to support a busy workshop operation, ensuring jobs are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish.

What you'll be doing:

  • Raising and managing workshop job cards
  • Updating technician time bookings and job records
  • Checking and processing workshop documentation
  • Finalising parts and labour charges on completed jobs
  • Closing jobs and maintaining accurate records
  • Processing service invoices, credits and warranty claims
  • Producing reports and supporting workshop administration activities
  • Acting as a key link between technicians, customers and management

What we're looking for:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Calm and focused under pressure with a proactive approach
