Role: Senior Parts Specialist
Location: Aldridge, Unit 4 Beecham Business Park, Northgate, Aldridge, Walsall WS9 8TZ
Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £36,000 pa DOE
Are you an experienced parts professional with a passion for customer service and operational excellence? We're looking for a Senior Parts Specialist to play a key role in supporting customers, engineers, and workshop operations through accurate parts identification, ordering, stock management, and technical support.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing parts orders for customers, engineers, and maintenance contracts
- Identifying and sourcing the correct parts using technical catalogues and systems
- Processing quotations, orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining stock control and carrying out regular stock checks
- Providing excellent customer service and technical support via phone and email
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performing team environment
- Monitoring stock holding values and reporting on warranty return activity
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in parts, inventory, administration, or a customer-facing technical role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritise workloads and perform well under pressure
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong team ethic
